What is Psychodrama?
Psychodrama is a dynamic and creative method of psychotherapy that can go beyond talking alone. Rather than only analysing problems, important situations, relationships or inner conflicts can be enacted and experienced. Through role reversal and dramatic action, unexpected new perspectives and new ways of responding can emerge. In this way, change does not remain at the level of understanding alone, but can also be experienced emotionally and physically. Psychodrama strengthens spontaneity, self-confidence and your ability to take an active role in shaping your own life.
A place where the unseen can become visible.
A place where we can not only tell our story, but also engage with it.
And a place where we discover that more is possible than we had previously thought.
Sometimes change begins when we find the courage to look at our own story alongside others.
